Shish Kebab
This kebab is inspired by middle eastern flavors of spicing meat and I have increased the heat with chillies.
Spiciness 8/10
Prep Time: 1 hour (marinade beef at least for 4 hours)
Serves 3-5 ppl
Ingredients
Ground Beef - 1 lb
Fenugreek powder - 1 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1 tbsp
Onion - 1 diced
Red Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
Ground Black pepper - 1/2 tbsp
olive oil - 2 tbsp
lemon - 1 squeezed
Cilantro - 1 bunch diced
*Skewers for roasting the kebabs
Directions:
1. Mid the ground beef and spices in a bowl mixed olive oil and lemon juice. Cover with plastic wrap and keep in refrigerator at least for 4 hours.
2. If using an oven turn it into 400 degrees and spray a foil or baking sheet over a tray
2. Rub some olive oil in your hands and take out the ground beef mix from the bowl, take out about the size of a tennis ball and run it through the skewers and place the skewer on the tray and gently press it while lengthening the meat to form the shape of a shish kebab. Continue doing this until you finish the meat.
4. Place in oven and take it out after 15 minutes, turn the skewers and roast on other side. Serve with rice or wraps.
